I have a lot of cookbooks. Maybe not the two thousand one person I knew had, but quite a few… and that collection continues to grow. As a food photographer, I’m particularly drawn to cookbooks with great imagery, and colorful, exotic recipes. I can’t resist trying out a dish that I can smell, just by looking at the pictures.
