These are the variety of kitchen equipment I use, which is always changing when new stuff comes out. I’ve been very happy using Cuisinart equipment mostly, but there are a number of things I have strong feelings about. If I have done videl introductions of a product the link to that video is included when you look at that wonderful thing that help me create what I’m trying to.

APPLIANCES
This amazing stovetop is great for cooking on the kitchen island. Having the two elements makes it easy to cook two items at once.
I really like the features of this induction cook top, plus it looks very nice on my island for entertaining. I like cooking with my guest... making a party of it!

Cuisinart Double Induction Rangetop
Two countertop appliances in one! A seven speed, 500 watt motor topped with a 40 oz glass blender and a 3 cup food processor. The food processor has a feed tube with pusher and a slicing/shredding disc. This is the newest addition to my kitchen arsenal. I really needed a new blender as the old "1960s green" Oster Pulsematic was getting a bit long in the tooth.
This guy will do it all including crushing ice for that evening libation! The food processer is handy (although I'll still use my Cuisinart mini often) and close at hand in the pantry.

Cuisinart Duet Blender and Food Processor
This is my old standby. The food processor I use for larger recipes and bigger jobs. It is a workhorse and does an incredible job. Be careful, those plates and cutters are SHARP! I also have the Cuisinart mini-food processor and the Cuisinart Duet (Blender and food processor in one kit) and they both are amazing!

COOKWARE
Here's a link to my De Buyer omelet pan, which I love. It becomes non-stick after tempering and can be used on an induction eye. It has some heft, and heats very fast!
I love this pan... period.

This pan has been my go-to for many years. It's stainless steel with an aluminum core. The handle is riveted on so it doesn't get so hot it cannot be handled. Please note this pan is NOT induction capable, so I have to use it on my more traditional cooktop. This is a great all round skillet.

Wonderful saucepan! I love the clear lid to see the progress of what I'm cooking. It's induction safe so works on "Creation Island's" Cuisinart dual induction range top. It's large enough to cook for two and small enough to cook for just me. It comes to temp fast on the induction top. Great saucepan!

Call it a Casserole or a dutch oven, it is still a great tool for cooking. Cast iron retains and distributes heat while the porcelain enameled interior does not impact flavors or absorb odors. This great piece of cookware also features wide cast iron handles provide a positive grip.

This comfortable to use and very sharp chef's knife is my all-around go-to knife. I have many chef's knives but I like this one best! Victorinox is know for its Swiss Army knives as well. They use a prorietary blend of steel from France and Germany. Founded in 1884, they are headquartered in Ibach, Switzerland.

One thing I have a real problem with is spatulas that are the wrong shape, the wrong size, and just plain wrong. This is a challenge especially since I use a variety of pans and also coop on a few different grills and griddles. This set solves that for sure. I love this kit that has both long and short - wide and narrow spatulas, and a chopper which can be used to clean the griddle! Take a look, they each have kinda of a multi function thing going on, and are quite comfortable to use. As Cuisinart says, "Great for the griddle or the grill" and they are!
